Thirdplan holds the minimum it needs to run an invitation-only marketplace, and partners never get your data for marketing. This page says exactly what exists and why.
What we hold
Your account: name, email, membership standing, and which invitation admitted you. Your purchases: what you bought, what you paid, and the passes issued — this is the financial record of real sales and is retained even if you delete your account. Payment card details go to our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
What partners see
A partner sees what it needs to honour your pass: the pass itself, the holder name, and what it includes. Partners do not receive your email or purchase history, and attendee data is never available to partners for marketing.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no sale of personal data, no third-party analytics on member pages. Emails from us are transactional — codes, receipts, passes.
Deletion
Delete your account from the Account page at any time. Deletion is immediate, ends every session, and removes your membership. Completed purchase records are retained as required; everything else goes.
