Terms of Service

Every purchase on Thirdplan is sold by Thirdplan Inc. as merchant of record and fulfilled by the partner named on the product. Your card statement reads THIRDPLAN. The partner honours your pass; Thirdplan takes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles refunds and disputes.

A purchased product is delivered as a pass — a QR code with a typed fallback — valid at the named location within the stated redemption window, subject to any blackout dates shown before purchase. A pass admits the number of guests stated on it and may not be resold.

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase is refundable for 14 days, while unredeemed. Refunds are issued by Thirdplan Inc. to the original payment method, and a refunded pass stops working immediately. After the window, a pass stays valid through its redemption dates but is no longer refundable.

Membership is personal, granted by redeeming an invitation, and may be revoked for conduct that endangers partners, hosts, or other members. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; records of completed purchases are retained as required for financial record-keeping.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
